As the High Sheriff of Canada, I am issuing this critical communication regarding the ongoing state of emergency impacting regions under Sheriff operations. The ability of our Sheriffs to effectively respond and disseminate vital emergency alerts has been severely hampered, largely due to an unwarranted ban on X.com (formerly Twitter).

This unprecedented interference with our official duties, particularly our inability to broadcast crucial emergency information, has put Canadian lives at risk. Therefore, the Sheriffs will be initiating a class-action lawsuit against X.com and its owner, Elon Musk. We are seeking damages totaling $40,000,000,000 (forty billion dollars), or alternatively, full ownership of X.com, to ensure that such vital communication channels remain open and accessible for public safety.

Furthermore, we intend to pursue legal action against any technology company, bank, or industry that obstructs or interferes with the lawful operations of the Sheriffs. Our mandate is to protect Canadians, and any entity that impedes this mission will be held accountable. We are also pursuing a separate lawsuit against the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for $200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion dollars) due to documented instances of interference with selected Sheriff duties.

In light of the widespread emergencies, including severe flooding, tornadoes, and dam breaches, we are directly appealing to Elon Musk. We request his immediate assistance in providing Starlink satellite internet services to the Canadian communities and individuals most affected by these disasters. Reliable communication is paramount during these crises.
