"Polar Bear Alcatraz will be used to house the worst of Canadian criminals, along with politicians, foreign criminals, and terrorists. It will be located in a classified, unpopulated area, surrounded by polar bears, which gives it its name. The prison will be self-sustaining, with inmates performing duties like meal preparation and cleaning to keep the facility running. There will be Minimum general staff; instead, inmates will monitor themselves, overseen by AI and automated weapons.
